We don't have waterfalls or anything downtown in Chicago...so people decided to build their own :)

Yeah, the bricks are like a thick glass over a movie screen and they show waterfalls, people's faces and stuff on them. Then water comes out of the top and falls down, and there are spouts on them too. In between the two structures is a shallow area where the kids can run and splash. It's maybe an inch deep max so it's safe for the little little kids to splash around in too. It's a fun area to just sit back and watch people have fun :)
